Does anyone have to fill in forms?
No. People talk the way they normally do. WorkSimplified writes the requirements down from what was said.
What if the AI writes something down wrong?
Every requirement starts as proposed and links back to the exact words it came from. Nothing becomes validated until a named person approves it.
Does the AI decide between conflicting statements?
No. It keeps both, drafts a question for the person who owns the decision, and records their answer and reason.
Can the AI approve something by itself?
No. Only a named person can approve a requirement, and their reason is recorded.
Are conversations used to train AI models?
No. Conversations are not used for model training.
Who can read the raw transcripts?

When does anything reach the ERP?
