AI prepares. People approve.

Your conversations are evidence, not training data. Here is what the AI does, what it never does, and how every decision can be traced.

Try it: the requirement cannot reach the ERP until you approve it.

  1. 01

Your conversations are not training data.

What people say in WorkSimplified is used to build your project, never to train AI models.

  2. 02

    A person approves every requirement.

The AI can propose, flag and draft. Only a named person can make something official.

  3. 03

    Nothing anyone said is overwritten.

When statements disagree, both are kept with their sources until someone decides.

It does the heavy lifting. It does not make decisions.

What the AI does

  • Writes statements down as requirements, with the quote they came from
  • Flags conflicts, gaps, missing owners and out-of-date answers
  • Drafts follow-up questions for the right person
  • Builds documents from approved requirements only

What it never does

  • Approve a requirement on its own
  • Overwrite or delete what someone said
  • Send a message without a person
  • Send anything to your ERP that has not been approved

Months later, you can still answer “who agreed to this?”

Every requirement keeps its full history: what was said, what changed, who asked whom, and who approved it and why. That makes change requests and handovers far easier to settle.

Are conversations used to train AI models?
No. Conversations are not used for model training.
Who can read the raw transcripts?
Only workspace admins. Everyone else works with the requirements and the quotes they came from.
Can the AI approve something by itself?
No. Only a named person can approve a requirement, and their reason is recorded.
What happens when two people disagree?
Both statements are kept with their sources. The person who owns the decision is asked, and their answer is recorded.
Can we see how a requirement was decided?
Yes. Each requirement keeps its full history, from the first statement to the approval.
